Black ice chippings are a distinctive decorative aggregate, combining crisp crystal white dolomitic limestone with dark 20mm basalt for a sharp black and white finish. The mixture brings together pale white, cream and light grey tones with deeper charcoal and black shades, creating a clean contrast that works especially well in contemporary landscaping. As this product contains dolomitic limestone, it is not recommended for use in fish ponds, as it may affect the water pH level. It should only be used as a plant topping where a slightly alkaline material is suitable.
