Aggregates delivered to your door
Our HIAB-equipped lorries are able to deliver aggregates and other products to where they’re needed, in some cases over fences and walls where appropriate.
However, we can only guarantee kerb-side delivery and while the customer can request our vehicles leave the hard standing to make a delivery, whether this is possible will be dependent on the circumstances and conditions being appropriate. Our drivers have extensive experience operating HIAB-equipped vehicles and understand their limitations, and therefore the exact positioning of items by the delivery driver is strictly at their discretion.
Delivery terms and conditions
Our vehicles require a firm, level surface to unload and you must ensure that the delivery vehicle has safe access to the unloading point. If you have any doubt that these conditions can be met, you must discuss this with us prior to placing your order. We will always endeavour to satisfy any requests regarding delivery but it is your responsibility to ensure the conditions are appropriate to safely facilitate the unloading of our vehicles. By placing an order it is understood that you have acknowledged and agreed to our terms and conditions.
North West Aggregates cannot accept any liability for damage that may arise during delivery, nor liability for any adverse consequences of the positioning of pallets or bulk bags by our delivery driver.
We are happy to deliver without the customer or representative present, however we cannot accept liability for theft of the items or any damage or deterioration that may take place subsequent to delivery.
We cannot accept liability for non-delivery where this is caused by circumstances beyond our control. If the delivery is refused by the customer or cannot be completed, the customer will be responsible for any costs associated with the delivery of the goods and their return to our facility in Burnley, Lancashire.
