Our play sand bulk bag contains 1000kg (1 tonne) of golden coloured silica-based sand that has a fine consistency, useful for various applications including children's play sand, sandpit sand, golf bunker sand and sports field sand. It's also suitable for use around the garden more generally.

Consisting of smooth, sub-rounded particles, our play sand is non-abrasive and therefore won't cause harm to eyes. This means that it's ideally suited to use in children's playgrounds and sandpits, whether at home, in a commercial environment, or at an educational establishment such as a school or nursery.

This sand is also the perfect type to be used in golf bunkers due to its fine consistency and drainage properties.

We also offer a specialist equestrian sand that's somewhat similar to our play sand in that it features silica sand with the same fine consistency and sub-rounded particles.
